Shit-Storm!

The infantile performance by Trump and Vance in their meeting with the President of Ukraine today should make every Republican voter retire to a very dark room and reflect for a very long time on what an idiotic choice they've made and how they've doomed our democracy.

I have seen scrawls on gas station bathroom walls or dark masses at the bottom of a cat litter that exhibited more intelligence and nuance than anything that came out of the mouths of Trump and Vance.

It's been 40 days and 40 nights of a shit-storm known as "Toddler Trump".

I'm beginning to understand how the fabled Noah felt in his Ark, being tossed and turned without direction under dark and gloomy skies, in an airless ship filled with the stink of animals of all kinds, many eyeing others as future prey.

Noah got off easy because we here in this country are stuck with four more years of Captain Craptacular's Snitfest.

Where's that goddamn dove when you need one?

On the Lighter Side: Friday morning Trump issued an EO making English the official language of this country. I quickly posted a link to the story on the /r/politics subreddit... and titled it in Espanol. To wit:

"Trump declara que el inglés es el idioma oficial de Estados Unidos."

Readers of the subreddit found it amusing and quickly began commenting in Spanish. I learned a fewnew choice vocabulary words in the process. Everyone was having a good time laughing it up at Senor Wretched's expense until the mods deleted the post. Their reason?

"The headline was not posted in English."

I laughed so hard at this ironic absurdity that I nearly shit myself but, hey, it was in their rules, for whatever reason, so I could only grin and share the story with you all.
