Okay, I'm back from my four-week hiatus. So now it's onward into the 4-year abyss.

John Lennon said "Everything is the opposite of what it is."

Okay, so what if the murder of the insurance CEO was actually orchestrated by the Right in order to cause a backlash against the Left.

I can perceive any number of armed Red Hats out there, after listening to Fox News spin the CEO's death as an assault against free enterprise by "communists", taking it upon themselves to eradicate high-function members of the Left in response.

Let us not forget that right-wing media took those who were against fascism, "antifa", and painted them as dangers to this country in the same way. And thus we ended up with Kyle Rittenhouse and the guy who attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer.

We'll find out when the murderer of Brian Thompson is captured. If he's ever captured. Alive, that is.

Addendum: It seems the perp has been apprehended and, gosh, wouldn't you know, he has all of the incriminating evidence on his person. Does that not sound just a little too convenient?
