Immigrants from south of the U.S. border will come to this country and willingly do all the shit jobs that Americans won't and Republicans treat them like dirt (At least, right now they do. Reagan couldn't get enough of them.)

But rich foreigners can come here and buy our media and then blast lies, propaganda and misinformation 24/7.

We should not be okay with this.

We already have a Constitution that forbids foreigners from running for the presidency. How about a new amendment that says foreigners can't broadcast our daily news?

Seems reasonable to me.

Edit: I've subsequently learned that the main reason that Mr. Murdoch became a U.S. citizen was so that he could legally own a U.S. television station. So there ARE laws about who owns our airwaves but they're not very effective.
