Red Hats: "Hey! That's like a tax! We don't want to pay that!"

Trump: "Okay! Then I'll raise the tariff to 125%. What do you say to that?"

Red Hats: "Are you crazy? We can't afford that!"

Trump: "Okay, then I'll only raise the tariff to 10%."

Red Hat: "Um, well, that sounds reasonable. What a genius!"
