Today's Raging Pencils is from the Giant Emergency
Comic Pile as life has suddenly taken a rather tragic
turn. I'm fine but I have little extra time at the
moment for lambasting the Conservative Right in the
manner they so richly deserve. More on this later.
Also, for those who care, the Republican Job Creation
Update, Mike's Video Vault, and the Dump Fox News sections
will not be updated today. They take much longer than
you'd think.
Update: This past week has been a
rough one for my family as my sister Karen lapsed into
a medically-induced coma on Friday in order to ride
out the tortuous last stages of her two-year battle
with cancer. Members of the family have stood vigil
this entire time. Beloved Girlfriend and me included.
I just received news that last night, around 3:15 AM Wednesday morning, Karen
finally shed her misery and rejoined the cosmos.
I will address her passing in my own way on Friday and I thank you all for your
concern.

job creation activities
since they gained control of the House
in 2011. None, sad to
say,
have
yet to result in one, single new job.
(101) 10-24-2011: The GOP is still on
vacation but that doesn't stop Republican
congressman
Paul Ryan from rolling up his sleeves
and trying to cut
Pell Grants.
He thinks
they're a scam even though he himself used government money to put himself
through college. Thanks a heap, ya hypocrite.
NOTE: As a result of an unexpected wave of enthusiasm
the Republican
Job Creation update now has its
own web site. It will remain on the RP but
a web site of its own will raise its visibility
on the 'net as
we progress towards the critical 2012 elections.
