translated the result into contemporary English would the
final phrase resemble anything like the instructions to assemble

While looking through my archives I found this interesting
nugget of info on a September 14th, 2020 page:
On September 11, 2020 the U.S. had 1,249 deaths from Covid-19.
Canada had zero deaths that day.
(Hmmm, I wonder why there was such a massive difference between
the U.S. and Oh, Canada? Hmmmmmmmm.)
