"The United States is a nation of laws: badly written and randomly enforced." - Frank -Zappa

I wanted to share this map as it shows something  AB-solutely fascinating. The blue areas indicate areas of the country that voted more democratic in 2008 compared to 2004. The deeper the color the more that voted progressive.
voting map
The reddish areas are of course those that voted more republican as compared to the previous cycle. Yes, that's the area of the country better known as the Inbred Belt.

So when Sarah Palin runs for prez in 2012 and the Appalachians begin to glow in the infra-red, you'll know why.

And that's the story of Noah and the Ark. Billy, you have a question?
Yes, according to my calculations, raising the level of the oceans to 29,000 feet in 40 days would require a 30-foot-per-hour rain, equivalent to the force of a fire hose. Wouldn't the Ark have melted like spun sugar under those circumstances?
You're gonna burn, Billy.
Suffer the little mathematicians, ma'am.
