Will Fat Hitler actually pull the trigger on a national
emergency or is he just crying wolf? Again.
It could be he's just bluffing because a national emergency
would require him to actually work.
Still, it's a bit ominous that he's threatening such
a Constitutional crisis the very day AFTER a new, loyal
toady has been installed as the Attorney General.
