Have
you Seen The Little Piggies?
This
is officer John Pike. On November 18th he casually
walked up to a group of University of California Davis
students, who happened to be quietly sitting on the
ground participating
in an exercise of their freedoms, and sprayed them
with tear gas like they were roaches. (See video below.)
The students refused to move so officer Pike, along
with his police colleagues, proceeded to hold the students
down and spray tear gas down their throats.
Yeah, that kinda bothers me, too.

I leave you with this:
“The illusion of freedom will continue as long
as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the
point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain,
they will just take down the scenery, they will pull
back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs
out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the
back of the theater.”

Yes, the annual deficit would shrink to almost nothing
if we simply let the Bush tax cuts for the god damn
rich
expire.

Republican Job Creation Update
"We're
going to have a relentless
focus on creating jobs." -
John Boehner, February 10,
2011.
The following is #111 in a
list of Republican
job creation activities
since they gained control of
the House in 2011. None, sad
to
say,
have
yet to result in one, single
new job.
(111) 11-21-2011: The Republican half of the Supercommittee refuses
to give up the Bush tax cuts.
As long as the 1% keeps raking in the dough everyone
else will suffer, and they just LOVE that.
NOTE: As a result of an unexpected wave of enthusiasm
the Republican
Job Creation update now has
its own web site. It will remain
on the RP but
a web site of its own will raise
its visibility on the 'net as
we progress towards the critical
2012 elections. And I thank you
for your support.
